Araneux
The software studio I've run in Surat since 2014
AIn short
Araneux is the studio I started in Surat in 2014. A small team doing client work for people around the world: web apps, mobile apps, backends, and lately a lot of AI. 115 projects for 53 clients so far, and I still lead every one.
BThe problem
Hire a studio and you usually meet a salesperson first and a junior team after. I wanted it the other way round. The person who scoped your project is the one who picks up when it breaks.
CWhat I built
How it works
- 01
One lead, and it's me
Every project has a single technical owner from the first call to the handover. Clients never have to explain their business twice.
- 02
A boring stack, on purpose
Next.js, Laravel, Node and Postgres for most things. Any decent developer can maintain it after us, and that's the point.
- 03
AI where it saves real time
Most of our recent work has a language model in it somewhere. We put it where it saves someone hours, and leave it out where a form would do.
DWhere it landed
Twelve years in, 115 projects shipped for 53 clients, a 5-star rating, and most new work still arrives by referral.

Me
I keep flexible hours and move my day to overlap with yours, whether that's a morning standup in New York or a late release in Sydney.
