Full-stack product engineering
Web and mobile products from first commit to production, built by someone who's done it for 18 years.
The whole product, not just the AI bit.
AI features need a product around them: auth, billing, dashboards, a mobile app, an admin panel someone can actually use. I've been building those since 2008, and with a team at Araneux since 2014.
I scope tightly, ship in small releases and stay through launch. You get software your next engineer can pick up, not a codebase only I understand.
A good fit if
- You're a founder with a validated idea and no engineering team yet
- Your product works but the codebase is fighting you
- You need web and mobile apps that share one backend
- You want AI features in a product that doesn't exist yet
What you get
- 01
A product in production
Deployed, monitored and in front of users. Not a prototype on a staging URL.
- 02
Clean, typed code
TypeScript or PHP with tests where they matter, in your repository from day one.
- 03
Web and mobile
Next.js or Laravel on the web, React Native or Flutter on phones, sharing one API.
- 04
A handover that works
Docs, a walkthrough with your team and a few weeks of support after launch.
How a project runs
Week 1
Scope
What we build first, what waits, and how we'll know it worked.
Weeks 2 to 10
Build in slices
A usable release every week or two, shipped to real users as early as possible.
Week 10+
Launch
Production infrastructure, monitoring and a launch plan.
Ongoing
Support
Fixes, features and scaling, by retainer or as needed.

Questions people ask
Do you work alone or with a team?
Both. I lead every project personally. For bigger builds I bring in engineers from Araneux, the studio I've run since 2014.
Which stack will you use?
Usually Next.js and TypeScript for new products. If you already have Laravel, Vue or something else, I'll work in it rather than rewrite it.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. It lives in your repository and your cloud account.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes. I start with a paid code review so we both know what we're dealing with before agreeing on a plan.

I read every message myself and usually reply the same day. A rough idea is enough to start.

Me
I keep flexible hours and move my day to overlap with yours, whether that's a morning standup in New York or a late release in Sydney.
