Signall
Send a document, collect the signatures, keep the record
AIn short
Signall is a document signing platform. Upload a PDF, place the fields, send it to the signers and follow it until it's done. Every view and every signature goes on the record.
BThe problem
Contracts still get printed, signed and scanned, or emailed back and forth until nobody knows which version was signed, by whom, or when.
CWhat I built
How it works
- 01
Fields on the real page
Signature, date and text fields are placed on the rendered PDF and stored by page and position, so they land in the same spot on every screen.
- 02
Order and reminders
Signers go in the order you set. Whoever is holding things up gets a reminder, not a phone call.
- 03
A record that holds up
Every open, view and signature is logged with a timestamp, and the final PDF goes out sealed with that history attached.
DWhere it landed
Live, and replacing print, sign and scan for its users.

Me
I keep flexible hours and move my day to overlap with yours, whether that's a morning standup in New York or a late release in Sydney.
